Hi Chris, I blend the blood pressure tea with ginger and organic white tea. I add honey to taste. I drink it both hot and cold. It’s delicious. It has also dropped my blood pressure 5-10 points.

Does this tea have caffeine?

On my package, it states “caffeine free”. I bought it about six months ago. I don’t understand why they would take off this important information. I would suggest looking at all the ingredients.
