I am a guy that is doing a ton of cardio while maintaining a high rep/moderate weight training workout. So I am really trying to cut fat and build lean muscle! So is Isopure RTD Zero Carb Alpine Punch the right protein for me and when should i drink it besides immediately after workout??

This is a really old question at this point, but I would say that one thing I like about the Isopure line is an absence of additional nutrients. It’s protein and BCAAs and that’s it. Gives you more freedom to choose your additional supplements (if you want more).

Til the expiration date. Make sure they are stored in a dark place not to much heat

While I have never let it sit for more than a month I would think as long as it is kept in a cooler dark spot it would be fine up to about 3-4 months – IMO of course.

I don’t know.Vitamin shoppe raised the price I don’t buy from them anymore. I get mine mazon for $39.99.
